High-purity DS Oligosaccharides from dp4 to dp20

Prepared by controlled, partial depolymerisation of Dermatan Sulphate by Chondroitinase B and separation by high-resolution, peparative gel filtration.   

General formula: *UA – (GalNAc,4S – IdoA) n 1-9 – GalNAc,4S
*the uronic acid at the non-reducing end of the chain contains a C4-C5 double bond due to the endolytic action of Chondroitinase B
