Chrondroitin Sulphate A Oligosaccharides 

Highly purified CS-A Oligosaccharides from dp4 to dp20. The oligosaccharides are prepared by the partial depolymerisation of Chondroitin Sulphate A (calf trachea) by controlled digestion with Chondroitinase AC and separation by high resolution preparative gel filtration.   

General formula: *UA – (GalNAc,4S > 6S - GlcA)n n1-9 – GalNAc,4S
*the uronic acid at the non-reducing end of the chain contains a C4-C5 double bond due to the endolytic action of Chondroitinase AC.
